I care deeply about education and its ability to change lives.

I have seen that first hand, including through work in developing countries and across a range of education companies and education systems. That experience shaped the way I think about education, and it is why I have chosen to focus my commercial work in this sector.

I am passionate about growth and the impact good commercial leadership can have, but I am even more passionate about what that growth enables when it is done well: better learning experiences, stronger companies, and improved outcomes for learners and communities.

My approach is practical, grounded, and collaborative. I work closely with leaders and teams, adapt to what the business actually needs, and stay focused on what will genuinely move things forward. Sometimes that means stepping into interim commercial leadership and taking responsibility for direction and delivery. In other situations it means working alongside leaders to shape strategy, priorities, and execution, bringing clarity, challenge, and support as decisions are shaped.
